Warm Winter Smoothie

This warm smoothie is a perfectly soothing start to a bone–chilling winter’s day, abundant with healing nutrients and flavor. Warm Winter Smoothie (serves 1)


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 tsp. each – chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp. psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. Vitamineral Earth (optional)
  • 8 oz. chaga tea

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
